On Tuesday, 17th June 2025, African Business Communication (ABC) successfully organised a targeted capacity-building training session for the management and staff of Ramzie Regenerative Medicare Centre at Asylum Down, Accra.
The three-hour programme was designed to enhance customer care delivery, strengthen marketing communication, and introduce practical fundraising strategies suited for modern healthcare institutions. The workshop was structured to combine expert-led presentations, video illustrations, and interactive group activities.

Having previously conducted a similar training at Barnor Memorial Hospital in Laterbiokorshie, ABC brought its experience and strategic insight to guide Ramzie through the tenets of empathetic healthcare communication and client engagement.
The session aimed to:
- Improve staff understanding of why their roles matter within Ramzie’s vision
- Reinforce basic techniques of excellent customer service delivery
- Introduce innovative approaches to marketing, publicity, and fundraising
- Create a platform for team-based problem-solving and idea generation

The workshop was attended by representatives from all departments of Ramzie, with active contributions from both management and frontline staff. The diversity of participants enriched the discussion and underscored the importance of a unified customer service culture.
ABC extends its appreciation to the leadership and staff of Ramzie for their enthusiastic participation and support in ensuring the smooth execution of this impactful training. As part of ABC’s ongoing healthcare communication initiatives, such sessions are pivotal in driving patient trust, institutional visibility, and long-term client loyalty.
