She is the C.E.O of FoReal HR Services – a recruitment, training and research base HR Consulting firm. Baptista’s career success is defined by an innate enthusiasm for seizing challenges and driving projects. Prior to working with FoReal HR Services she supported as the Human Resource & Local Content Lead, the Senior Human Resources / Operational Manager, Human Resource/ Administrative Manager, Human Resources Business Partner for blue print organizations in Ghana.  She has provided consultancy services to the World Bank, Nathan Associates (USA), SAS Capital Money Lending (Ghana) just to mention but a few.

She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Ghana SHRM Forum.  Baptista has established a reputation as an advocate who can be trusted with and relied upon to champion the needs of its stakeholders while serving the organisation’s best interest.
